Held at Elysium High Street Gallery over the weekend of the 17th of November, I had the opportunity to have my own stall at this years affordable art fair- a celebration of artists around Swansea, a dynamic range of practices supporting one another.
This gave me the opportunity to meet other artists currently practicing in such a variety of different styles- from illustration to fine art, ceramics to jewellery, sculpture and concept art, to photography and digital work. In total there were fifty exhibitors. Having conversations with other artists in a setting like that was invaluable, i learned a lot about the skill of adding business to your art practice; from packaging and presentation, to methods of selling, websites,advertisement, venues, etc.
